I've once again become addicted to breathing clearly by means of Afrin, and once again starting the process of kicking the habit. By now I've got it down, though it's still no fun. I spend 2 days spraying only in one nostril once per day. (These are mostly days of suffering, but they pass.) Then I hide it/lock it up/throw it out the window and completely replace it with saline nose spray, spraying as often as necessary, and blow, blow, blow. Today is my first saline nose spray day, and I can already tell I'm Afrin-free! Yippee!!
